Once your order has been placed we will dispatch your item(s) within 5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Location Coverage

Locations Coverage: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories district only.

Non-Coverage Location

Mid Level, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Stanley, Red Hill Peninsula, Big Wave Bay, Container Terminal, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung , HK Airport area and another counties, charges will be determined in case by case

Delivery

Delivery is 2-3 days’ estimate from being dispatched. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address given is correct.

Once an item has been delivered and signed for we can no longer track it. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to ensure a responsible person is available to receive the item.

Xtra-Hub cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries which are out of our control.

If you suspect that the items being delivered have been damaged in transit then you should refuse the delivery or sign for them as damaged goods.

If you suspect that an item has been damaged in transit you must notify Xtra-Hub within 24 hours of receiving the item.

If you choose to send your item to us yourself, then it is your responsibility to ensure it reaches us safely. We will not be held responsible if items are lost in transit or arrive damaged when sent by the customer.

Payment for Delivery covers a single Delivery only. If the incorrect address is provided or delivery missed there may be a further charge to arrange a second delivery.
